Founding Member of Technical Staff

We're looking for people who like understanding difficult technical problems deeply.

What you might work on

Building environments around distributed systems and serverless runtimes
Developing tasks around AI R&D
Research novel ways to train models
Building evaluations that measure progress and expose shortcuts
Developing infrastructure and tools for running experiments at scale

About you

We're not looking for someone who checks every box, but rather candidates who are "spikey" or exceptional in at least one direction. You might be a good fit if you:

Built a database, compiler, or container runtime to understand how it works
Reproduced a paper and investigated where its results hold up
Trained models, designed careful evaluations, or studied their internal behavior
Written a technical explanation grounded in your own implementations or experiments

We're seeking highly technically opinionated people. Please lecture us on some weird Python feature we don't know or show us your really strongly held opinion about hooks.
